It’s a good question, and not an easy one to answer.

The truth of the matter is that it is all of these and yet it is also none of them. The answer in fact lies with the person that views it.

To me it is simply a photograph of a beautiful woman dressed as nature intended, nothing more. An artist however would tend to see light, shade, shape and form. If someone really wants it to, then anything can become pornographic if that is the way that viewer wishes to see it.
So the truth of the matter is, that this image is nothing more than an image. It only becomes something when a person views it and then assigns their values to it based upon their own opinion.
